Vulkanus VG2 Knife Sharpener
The Vulkanus VG2 (generation 2) sharpener lets even the least experienced user obtain a sharp blade in a few minutes. Its firmly fixed carbide rods, combined with carbon-fibre-reinforced polyamides, work at two different angles for two grinding stages.
Two-step use
- 1. Sharpening with heavy material removal: knife tip pointing down, pulling
- 2. Fine deburring of the edge: tilting the knife while pulling
