Refund policy

Returns
You have 7 days after receiving your order to request a return. The item must be in the condition in which you received it, unused, in its original packaging, with proof of purchase.

To make a return, write to us at info@couteaux-fontaine.com. We will send you a free return label. Parcels returned without prior request are not accepted.

Exceptions
Special orders, made-to-measure items, engraved items, gift vouchers and sale items are neither taken back nor exchanged.

Faulty or incorrect items
Check your parcel on receipt and contact us within 5 days if an item is faulty, damaged or does not match your order.

European Union
For deliveries within the European Union, you have the statutory period of 14 days to withdraw, without giving a reason.

Refund
After we have received and inspected the item, we refund the original payment method within 10 working days.
