Extrema Ratio Kiri Dark Style
The Kiridashi is a versatile Japanese knife, recognisable by its asymmetric bevel: only one side is sharpened, the other stays flat. Extrema Ratio has reinterpreted it in its own style with the Kiri, with a more tactical look, keeping the chisel grind and adding a point designed for strong penetration. Dark Stone version.
