About the SOG brand
Founded in 1986 by Spencer Frazer in the United States, SOG (SOG Specialty Knives & Tools) is a brand specialising in the design of knives and multi-tools. Its name is inspired by the Studies and Observations Group, an American special unit that operated during the Vietnam War. The brand originally became known for reproducing a famous Bowie-type knife used by this unit.
SOG now offers a wide range of products, including folding knives, fixed-blade knives and multi-tools. The brand stands out for its functional designs, technical innovations and military heritage. Its products are aimed at professionals as well as hiking, camping and outdoor enthusiasts.
Thanks to its experience and its constant search for practical solutions, SOG has established itself as a recognised brand in the world of cutlery and outdoor equipment.
